Miners Room
Frederick was founded in 1907 by a group of Italian immigrants who worked in the local coal mines. These coal miners worked extremely hard in dangerous conditions to provide a better life for their families. The town of Frederick honors and celebrates its mining heritage with a Miners Day parade and celebration every year. If you are staying with us during the Miners Day festivities, we encourage you to venture into downtown for the parade and other activities. More information can be found on the town website at www.frederickco.gov. This room was designed as a tribute to those miners who helped found our wonderful town and features a hand-made, queen-sized bed, dresser with mirror, custom window treatments and local photography.
Kitchen
The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or simply enjoy a cup coffee.
Balloon room
Each year in June, Fredrick hosts the annual Frederick in Flight hot air balloon festival. Frederick in flight features 3 days of hot air balloon launches and live music with great food. If you are staying with us during Frederick in Flight, we highly recommend that you attend one of the balloon launches or check out the live music and other festivities that are usually held on Saturday of the three day festival. This room was inspired by the colorful hot air balloons from Frederick in Flight and features a queen size bed, dresser, custom window treatments and local hot air balloon photography from Frederick in Flight in 2015 by the incredibly talented and local photographer, Lisa Kitto.

The full bathroom was expanded during the basement renovation to include a bathtub, custom shelving and plenty of drawers in the vanity for storage.
